After graduating from Florida State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Jeff Lawley headed up the engineering department at Schaefer Interstate Railing. A few years later, he took an Engineering Sales position here at W.C. Rouse & Son, and over the next 8 years he worked his way up to the position of President of the company. Jeff is a tremendous asset, and we’re grateful for his leadership.

ABOUT TOMMY
The grandson of our founder, Welby C. Rouse, Tommy Rouse earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from NC State University and has been part of our Engineering Sales team for more than a decade. Tommy oversees all facets of North Carolina operations as the Area Manager, and he’s helped W.C. Rouse & Son become a leader in boiler service in the area.

After serving in the Navy for almost 15 years, Ray McDaniel took his boiler experience and joined W.C. Rouse & Son. Today, he’s been with us for more than 25 years, and he manages our team of technicians across North Carolina. Thank you for your service, Ray!
Jon Palmer

ABOUT JON
Jon has more than 15 years of boiler room and related industry experience, including work with direct contact economizers for boilers, helping clients develop solutions for challenges specific to their facility. Jon manages our sales group, providing support, training, and leadership to ensure that we are all helping our clients overcome their particular boiler room-related challenges. We are very grateful to have Jon on our team!

About Chris
Chris has more than 10 years of direct boiler industry and relatable experience in manufacturing and fabrication. At W.C. Rouse he managed Parts & Inventory, served as Service Coordinator, and in Outside Sales supporting End-User's boiler room needs. His breadth of experience makes him very well suited to manage operations, leading our service group for South Carolina. Chris is able to tie all of the pieces together - parts, service, and equipment - for a seamless service experience for our clients. We are very grateful to have Chris on our team!
